Every corporate lawyer should understand that legal compliance alone may not be sufficient; sound governance, proper documentation, and fair processes are essential to managing legal risk and protecting an organisation's reputation.

Based on L.I 2423 I would immediately alert the senior lawyer that another client's confidential information was mistakenly included and stop the document from being sent. If needed, I'd follow internal reporting procedures to prevent a breach, protect client confidentiality, and uphold professional
