| Describe a time you received constructive criticism. How did you respond? | I was tasked with a research assignment by my supervisor at the Legal Aid Commission. He stated that my research showed a good understanding of the topic, however my arguments needed stronger sources. I reviewed my work with more credible materials. | ||||||||

| Tell us about a recent legal, business or economic development that you believe every corporate lawyer should understand. | One recent development is Ghana's reform of its investment framework through the new Ghana Investment Promotion Authority Act. The reforms include changes relating to foreign investment requirements, investment incentives and investor protection. I find this development particularly important because changes to investment legislation can affect how companies structure transactions and manage regulatory risk. A corporate lawyer will understand how these changes creates opportunities for business. | ||||||||
